Senior Structural Designer

Aberdeen

45 hours per week

Our client is currently recruiting for a Senior Structural Designer to join their project delivery team in Aberdeen on a 12 month contract basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute structural design and draughting activities in the PDMS environment.
  • Prepare structural drawings and design deliverables to the required technical quality with guidance from engineering personnel.
  • Prepare structural drawings from agreed work scopes.
  • PDMS CAD modelling and draughting techniques.
  • Able to use draughting standards and specifications.
  • Carry out work by relevant Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality systems.
  • Responsible for assessing the effectiveness of working practices and systems to continuously improve systems, personal and team performance.

 Qualifications:

  • HNC in an appropriate Engineering subject.
  • Prior experience within this role.
